Personal Branding Suite
This project was a branding and web design project for a past colleague who wanted to build a custom branded website for her portfolio.
We began exploring her branding by looking at some imagery she felt really defined who she was—photos of the traditional beadwork designs from her home country. Simultaneously we developed a very distinctive color palette that moved away from the traditional primary colors of the beadwork while giving her a more elegant and muted palette that was still quite strong and expressive. Once we pinned down the typeface choices, the branding pieces and the color palette, I developed a very custom website on which she could host her portfolio and resume. We were both quite happy with the outcome and the beautiful visual expression of her personality in print and digital form.
